Almond Pear Cardamom Pancakes

From August to March there are many pear varieties in season. As pears are juicy, delicious and good for you, it makes good sense to come up with unique ways to highlight these gems of the Northwest.

Grain free pancakes are a great place to start. Gluten-free, dairy free and grain free these Almond Pear Cardamom Pancakes are terrific way to beats by dre start the day. Resist the urge to cut the pears in big chunks, the smaller the better as this will ensure even cooking of the pancakes.
